Return & Refund Policy

At Koala Living, your child’s comfort — and your peace of mind — matter deeply to us. We take great care in designing and packing every product, and we hope it brings many cozy nights ahead.
If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

 


 

Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene reasons, bedding products that have been used or washed are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 


 

Return Timeframe

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or washed

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

 


 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re truly sorry.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same item (if available) or issue a refund. This does not apply to exchanges for different designs, sizes, or products. Koala Living will cover the related shipping costs.

 


 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, simply reach out to us:

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp. (Click on the WhatsApp icon on our website)

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll guide you through the next steps

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 


 

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • For defective or incorrect items, Koala Living will cover return shipping

 


 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 


 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order separately.
